Local Internet Holdings holds the namespace. Its role is custody: keeping the portfolio coherent, deciding what is released, and reviewing acquisition, lease and partnership inquiries.

Because the holding entity does not operate the properties, an asset appearing in this register says nothing about whether it is developed or offered.

Local Internet Group operates the marketplaces, media properties and record surfaces that have been deployed. It is the construction arm to the holding entity's land position.

Deployment is deliberately incremental: a small number of surfaces operating well is more informative than many launched at once.

The portfolio was assembled and is directed by Peter Gould, who has spent years building and operating local marketplace and directory properties before assembling the namespace around them.

That sequence matters to the thesis: the operating experience came first, and the portfolio was assembled to serve a structure that had already been tested at small scale.
